We Can Customise Any Product With Your Branding
Sourcing Box can brand promotional products in a variety of ways, however, often the material from which the product is manufactured dictates the type of printing available. Please call for more information or send us your logo and we will mock up a digital image to show how your logo will look on a particular product.
Branding FAQ
Adobe Illustrator CS 5.5 or earlier (Vector). These appear as an .ai or .eps file extension with fonts converted to outlines or included in the email/file. If the images are placed in the file the originals must be included. We also accept Photo shop CS 5.5 or earlier (Raster). Imaging is best accepted as an .eps, .psd or .tif file extension at full size and 300dpi (minimum 200dpi) any lower will produce jagged edges.
.jpg and .gif files are low resolution and are only good for viewing art. Most files of this nature will require art re-creation. .txt and .doc files are an extension from Microsoft Word and cannot be opened. We can not accept Power Point and Auto Cad files either, as there is no way to export the file to a format we can use.
Yes, we will do our absolute best to match your Pantone colours as closely as possible. However we cannot guarantee an exact match, as both the printing method used for your product, and the product base colour may have an influence. If there is a possibility of this happening we will always try and advise you of any potential issues prior to production of your order. We cannot be held liable for any slight variances of print colours or costs arising from such.
Yes, you will be sent an artwork proof and where appropriate you may also be sent a full pre-production sample for sign-off. Mass production will not commence until you have signed off the proof or pre-production sample.
Depending on the product we can usually provide an express service. There will be a surcharge to cover the additional over time and faster shipping options.
Yes, of course (if your deadline allows it). However they will likely be personalised with another company?s logo. All samples should be returned to Sourcing Box Limited by second class post at your expense.
Yes, we do. However all products have a different M.O.Q. as do many of the factories we deal with. Please contact us for more information about M.O.Qs. on a particular product.
You can place an order by sending us a Purchase Order by email or post.
Yes, where possible. Please confirm the full address of your company and registration number so we can run a credit check. Payment terms must be agreed when placing an order.
Payment can be made by cheque or alternatively by an electronic bank transfer (BACS or CHAPS)
